Join us for an exciting evening of music-themed entertainment and community fun. This special fundraising event combines the classic game of bingo with a rock 'n roll twist, creating an entertaining night while supporting our chorus. The night will feature a variety of activities beyond bingo, including a silent auction with exciting items and experiences, interactive games, and a YETI Cooler & Booze Raffle offering premium prizes. Attendees are welcome to bring their own snacks to enjoy during the event, making it a relaxed and social atmosphere perfect for friends, family, and colleagues.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We're actively seeking community partners through our sponsorship program, which offers three levels of involvement: Presenting Sponsor at $500, Event Sponsor at $300, and Round Sponsor at $100. These partnerships help ensure the success of the event while providing valuable visibility for local businesses and organizations. To ensure sponsor logos are featured on all promotional materials, we ask that sponsorship commitments and logos be submitted by Sunday, February 15, 2026.

To Register Your Sponsorship and Make Payment

Click on the applicable Sponsorship level in the list below to submit your sponsorship. Complete the contact information and follow the steps to process your payment. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal however a PayPal account is not required to complete your payment.

Presenting Sponsor: $500 Receives prominent recognition and logo placement on all event marketing materials as well as event signage and verbal recognition during the event.

Event Sponsor: $300 Receives recognition and logo placement on marketing materials as well as event signage and verbal recognition during the event.

Round Sponsor: $100 Receives recognition on bingo card and verbal acknowledgement before the sponsored Bingo round. 10 rounds available.

The River Blenders Chorus

The River Blenders Chorus is a remarkable ensemble comprised of over 75 talented women who share a deep passion for singing a cappella four-part harmony. For over 45 years, they have capitvated audiences with their transformative music that showcases their remarkable vocal skills. The chorus is affiliated with Sweet Adelines International, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit educational organization based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law - please check with your tax advisor concerning the tax deductibility of your gift.
